Cheated by #mmt #makemytrip Hi team this is ragunath gunasekaran., from tn india, i have booked hotel pon amutha., karur on 16 th november one week ahead of my trip via make my trip (Booking i’d:nh[protected] I got the messaging stating., you need not call the hotel for confirmation as we have already confirmed you booking with the hotel via hotelier suguna On the day of reaching the hotel Hotelier denied to provide me the pre booked double a/c room Hotelier statement was as follows Who is make my trip (Mmt)., we don’t have., any tie-up or association with mmt., we have not received any booking from them and please leave the hotel It was 5 hours of arguement with them and with mmt finally ended leave the hotel and spending entire night in platform despite of booking the costliest hotel in the karur city Despite of cheapest option available i have choosen this hotel since it’s near to the marriage hall when the event i planned to visit is happening Mmt customer care representative called me and informed that they don’t have any other options left and asking me to take refund., when i denied he says will give double refund But i have not even received even one ruppee in my account., when i asked for penalty he disconnected the call and moved off I have few queries I am i got into hotel scam?! How come you book a non partnered hotel?! Do i need to sit on road why can’t you inform earlier if checkin not available?! What is the status of my dispute or claim?! I read your terms it was mentioned It double refund is only for poor maintained or not satisfied stay but for hotel booking itself denied so what you are saying for this?!
