Dear sir / Madam,
I have made request on full refund on the booking number (Make my trip Booking ID: NN[protected], since airline cancelled the schedule..
Airline PNR : MAZIRE
Request for refund had given from my end on 14th April 2019.(15 days gone)
On following with MMT customer car executive(many times), they replied as yet received feedback from Jet Airways
when i asked Jet airways customer care executive, they replied "No initiation from MMT team..
So i am extremely worried and confused what i should do next to get refund..
I am waiting for my refund for re-booking my flight, since my flight schedule on 10th May..(Very short time)
Kindly consider this request as urgent and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
