[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Not responsible for error in their server | |||
I have recently booked for flight+hotel through make my trip (booking id NP[protected]. Although I have inserted properly, their website did not take my co-passenger's name correctly. His full name is Johannes Martinus Smits, but in the booking "Smits" is omitted. I have called them and requested them to correct it (otherwise the airlines will create problems for us), but they are not helping. We are sorry to hear about the issue, In reference to your complaint regarding incorrect name of your co-passenger, please note that we have investigated the issue with our tech team and found that there was no error from our side and as per airline rules and regulations name change is not permitted. So If you want to do name change then you need to cancel the booking and have to book new tickets with correct names.
