Dear Sir,
I booked a Room via MMT Booking ID - NH[protected] for a Single Occupancy Room at RedFox Delhi. I later went on the MMT app to get my booking modified to a Double Occupancy vide New booking ID no NH[protected].
At no time did the APP mention that my previous booking will be cancelled and will be charged the full amount without any refund. They just stated that there is a difference payable for the modification see the Screen shot attached.
I am shocked to hear that my total amount of INR 8076 has been deducted and I have been charged to full amount for the New Booking of INR 10268.
I have lost INR 8076 due to the misinformation of your APP.
See attached Screenshot it still showing Refund in Process.
How can you'll now refuse to refund this amount.
I am a customer of MMT for the past 8 years and sincerely request if you'll can review this matter as this is very bad.
