MakeMyTrip India — Refund amount not received even after continuous follow ups | |||||
I have to call makemytrip several times to get a refund processed, still i have not received the complete amount. the issue is been on going from last month. Half of the time the person who picked up had no idea about what am i talking about, i must say couple of them were helpful to get half of my refund processed. Airline did process the refund in a min to mmt however mmt has taken over a months time to refund my own money. Very frustrating experience with them. I have always used mmt for any airline booking but now i think i should not because get anything done from them i need to call them several times for same thing. Was this information helpful? | |||||

No again please. Plz improve the documentation on your end. I have done that multiple times. I think I should just stop using your website in future.
