Sending you this email for cancellation and refund of my ticket.

Today evening when I went to the airport to board my flight AIR INDIA refused me to board the flight stating that the name of my passport is mentioned Sandeep Kaur and on the ticket it says Sandeep Kaur Gill and so that is a miss match and AIR INDIA can’t make any changes on the name and will have to ask the service provider to amend the changes for correction of name.
It’s been over 3 hours that I tried reaching makemytrip customer care number for UAE and got no success to connect to any one.
It’s been a very unpleasant experience from Makemytrip customer care in an emergency situation and that I have been traveling to Dubai with the same name since the time I have been married and even my last trip with AIR INDIA on the 21st of April was with the same name.
I got the massage from the management supervisor on the floor that India immigration have changed their rules and if there is a mismatch in the name Indian immigration will depot me. Just to clarify I travelled with the same name ticket from India on the 21st of April and there was no issue as such and again it was AIR INDIA.
MY QUESTION IS IF I AM AN INDIAN CITIZEN, RESIDING IN INDIA, TRAVELLING ON A TOURIST VISA TO VISIT MY HUSBAND WHO WORKS IN DUBAI WHERE WILL THE INDIAN IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT DEPOT ME ? Had that this would have been the case me travelling from Mumbai to Dubai I could have understood that Dubai immigration could have done that.
Request you to cancel my ticket and initiate a refund in this case as your online platform has not been allowing me to cancel the ticket and ask me to speak with customer care which is useless.
