Above said flight of Indigo Airlines cancelled due to bad weather and it was informed to me to replan my flight for 05.Dec 2016.But clearly, I informed that I am not in position to reschedule my flight so cancel my ticket and refund my fare.It was informed to me that refund amount will be sent immediately .Till now refund amount is not paid to meThanks

In reference to your complaint on social forum and as per our discussion, please be advised that we have validated your case with the airline and found that the flight was cancelled by airline and they have processed full refund to our agency id on 5-Dec-16 but, as the information was not available with us regarding the cancellation your refund could not get processed from our end.

Now, today we have initiated your full refund of Inr 2613/- from our end and same should reflect in your account within 3-5 working days depending upon your bank processing cycle.
