MakeMyTrip India — Refund not received in account wrong transaction reference

I received the refund in my wallet. I initiated the refund to transfer it to my bank. but the amount is not reflecting in my account. The bank says the reference number is wrong. I m trying endlessly to connect with customer support but no specific answer is received
