My name is rahul sharma and i am booked train tickets on 28 december of rs 1110 but my tickets are not booked and amount is deducted from my account i have recived massage that my refund come in 7 to 14 days but thats not come my contact num, ber is [protected] i want my refund back in my account so please send my refund very urgently as soon as possible

Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that on 28-Dec-16 customer has tried making a Rail booking through our website and the same was failed. But, the amount of Inr 1110/- was charged from customer’s account. Please be advised that the full refund of Inr 1110/- has already been processed from our end on the same day of transaction. The same should now be reflecting in your account. Please find below the refund details. Request you to please first check your bank statement and if refund not credited then contact your Bank’s ATM cell and raise your dispute with them.
