[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Reimbursement not done | |||||
Hello, I booked following room for today and tomorrow night. While on the way to Ooty now I called their number to verify. They told that this hotel is closed for renovations. I am with my wife and kid, do you people have any sense what we are facing. I had made hefty payment of nearly 10k. Also you people have called them to verify if it is open and yet you have not informed me. Is this professional? I called you call center it will not connect at all!! Later i was able to contact call center and got the refund, but i was told to submit the hotel booking bills where i and my family had to stay at the last minute booking through some other channel. I was told this will be reimbursed. But i am made promises but no refund. Please find below photos of hotel bills and other communication on reimbursement. Was this information helpful? | |||||
