Hello, Makemytrip booking id in1602b9s077684 It's been a month i am waiting for my refund amount of hotel cancellation. Booking was done through makemytrip office in banjara hills, hyderabad. I have called them number of times but everytime agent says it's already processed or it may take some days. Its been a month my refund has not yet been processed. Please find the below attached 2 images of refund amount which has never processed. Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated! Thank you in advance. In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned team and found that the Hotel booking was cancelled and refund of Inr 2129/- was processed from our end on 2-May-16 towards the original form of payment. I have tried calling you on your listed number but unfortunately there was no response. If in case refund is not reflecting in your account, request you to please provide the bank statement of your account by which the payment was made from the date of first transaction to till date in PDF format. So, that we can validate this further with your bank accordingly.
