[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Ticket marked resolved without providing valid solution | |||
Hi team, I had booked hotel (3 room) in manali for 1 nt. 2 rooms were booked with the name of balveer kumar and 1 was booked with the name of subodh kumar then after i requested hotel manager to arrange all 3 rooms on the same floor in sequence, but when i reached in hotel 2 room were on 4th floor and 1 room was on 1st floor in which 1 room did not had lock in bathroom door. When i asked staff to check the same, i did not get any positive response. Room allocated was just like nothing. I really don't have words to explain the behavior of staff and room allocated even i had already discussed with hotel manager. I tried calling makemytrip on the same time but couldn't connect because of network issue. On the very next day i lodged complaint to makemytrip. After all the discussion with customer care, i got mail that 3 e-coupon allocated to me against all 3 booking which can be used for flight/hotel booking. When i tried booking flight, none of the e-coupon worked then again asked customer care to look into the same. Now after all the discussion, customer care responding that, all e-coupons will work against hotel booking only. If so then how he had written that these e-coupons will work against flight booking as well?? As now i can say makemytrip is providing worst service to the customer, if it has business with this type of hotel and after all the discussion customer care is forcing to go with the solution as per his choice and marking the ticket to close again and again without any discussion.
