On May 4th 2015, I bought 3 tickets to travel from Ahmedabad to Bangkok. I followed all the steps on the online site and a booking was never issued and I did not received any confirmation of my purchase. Regardless of this, 992.55USD were charged to my credit card from this company. This is my complaint ID which I've stated on May 2015:[protected] . I want my money refund on my credit card. It has been more than 9 months and I only receive emails telling me to wait for 72 hours on and on. Several times I have contacted by phone and by the support platform but they keep closing my refund tickets on and on. This company has a really bad service, I really need my money back.
