My ticket of 12th August travel was released without my full consent and now I need to travel urgently and my queries are not being resolved.
My original ticket was originally $781. When I asked to reschedule cust care exec told me to do it without any date change amount. Later When I was in no-show time limit MMT exec asked me to pay $1800. Upon I urged him not to reschedule he said the ticket is already released and I cannot fly on 12th.
MMT is not not responding to me. this is preposterous, I am being victimised for MMT's poor management and lack o[censored]nderstanding.
Today I am in Lynnwood, Seattle (WA) still waiting for the response so that I could fly to India. Was this information helpful? |
