[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Travel insurance for air tickets | |||||
I booked an Air ticket through makemytrip.com . The box for travel insurance was checked and I didn't uncheck the box. MakeMyTrip.com charged Rs. 249 towards travel insurance. The complaint is that the website shouldn't expect the customer to uncheck the box for travel insurance. The user should explicitly buy the insurance if he/she wants it. This is cheating as consumers may not notice that the insurance box is checked automatically. Was this information helpful? | |||||
