I booked the hotel reservation the marina phuket confirmation id nh[protected], i called within 3hours after the booking to cancel as i realized that my passport was expired and i realized that when i was booking my flight, i called mmt 5 times to make an exception due to valid reason and human mistake, all i heard they will get back to me in 48hours, they got back to me with the new which i already know that the hotel is non refundable which i am already aware of, should not take 48hours to tell me something which i already know, i was ready to send the copy of my expired passport however no further assistance was offer. I have no idea how come its a big brand when they cant even make such exception for a regular client. I am not sure if i am ever going to continue business with mmt. I am also working with travel industry when we face such issue we always 99% get waiver from consolidator or supplier for such genuine reason. I am also ready to try to get waiver from hotel/supplier if mmt unable to do so. Was this information helpful? |
