[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Reference ID: [[protected]] booking ID: NF[protected] cashback fraud | |||||
Please find the screenshot of offer saying it is applicable on INR.4500. While booking the ticket MMTSALE showed successfully applied but amount didnt change. I thought Cashback will be processed post payment & I got trapped in that. Now I am feeling cheated. I paid full amount with HDFC credit card. The offer said INR.2000.00 Cashback on 4500.00 ticket amount at HDFC credit card. I booked ticket on other mobile apps as well but never feel so bad after booking of ticket. Upon calling the helpdesk of Makemytrip, the call center person 1st said i am not entitled for the offer, then i showed them the screenshot of mobile app. Now they;re saying I havn't applied the code. Which is completely wrong. I Need help from consurer forum on this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
