I Brajmohan sharma booking id NW[protected]. I had flight AI 549 chennai to port blair scheduled on 03 Nov 2015 at 5:00 hrs. But it was rescheduled at 9:30 hrs. I did not get any information. When I reached to chennai airport and enquired at ticket counter, they told, we are not provided with any contact detail by make mytrip.
This caused me lot of inconvenience. I could not sleep whole night and had to wait at airport for this long time.
Please take up my problem with higher authority, so appropriate action can be initiated.
I hereby attached the print out showing customer contact information missing.
