I have booked a flight ticket with make my trip, and as I was unwell cancelled the same through mobile app. After a week when I checked the app it is not showing in cancelled state. I called up make my trip but once I was told server is down and the next time the call was transferred to other team and waited for 30 mins for someone to respond.
