[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Cancellation of wrongly booked flight | |||||
On 28th Nov, 15, Through my mobile application, i booked a flight from Mumbai to Raipur for 21st Jan 16 for Air India Flight for 10 am, but while checking out of the payment, i got a ticket of Indigo flight booked for 2 pm. I spoke to make my trip and they said they will investigate and came back saying its my mistake. Makemytrip booking number - NF[protected] Now, when im booking a morning Air india flight, how can i book afternoon Indigo. Air India flight was more expensive but still the fault in t he mobile application im being laid at fault. I need full corporation from you to get this resolved. In reference to your complaint, have validated your case with our Mobile App team and post checking the server logs for the booking, we have found that passenger has done multiple searches for different flights however, booked Indigo flight at the end. So, this is not our website error.
