MakeMyTrip.com — Cancelled Ticket Money not refunded | |||
Hi I booked Jet Airways ticket in January 2015 for Bangalore-Delhi route . I cancelled the tickte online using Makemytrip.com in January 2015 itself . I am trying for refund of money from Makemytrip, but they have not refunded the money for last 2 months except providing lip-service and sending emails that we are working on the same . In reference to your complaint, we have validated the case with our concerned departments and found that total amount to be refunded was Inr 3548 out of which Inr 2816 has already been refunded to your wallet account on 29-Dec-14 and balance of INR 732 still pending at our end.
