[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Cashback not received even after 7 months | |||||
Reference ID:[[protected]] At the time of booking, I applied a offer code through which I was supposed to get cashback on my booking, but till today it is not credited in my account, I contacted their customer care more than 20 times, and they have a repeated answer, that we have escalated you issue to higher management and then no response again, on contacting again one of them told it was credited to your bank on 19th march 2015 which was not, then again contacting they said it is in your makemytrip wallet, which is again not there, then they said it is in your bank, what they are doing, how can they provide such bad service, completely tired of contacting them again and again, they are not even bothering to give call Was this information helpful? | |||||
