While booking my ticket on MMT through my mobile, after giving the credit card details i got the message "sorry for the inconvenience, your payment could not be fulfilled successfully". So thereafter I went and made my booking again. To my surprise I have now got confirmation of both the bookings on my email. The booking ID of ticket booked through my moblie is NF[protected] and NF[protected] I request you to kindly cancel the ticket NF[protected] and refund the entire amount to my credit card a/c, since the error is from your end and through your app." My Email id is [protected]@gmail.com .
