[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Inappropriate seat allotment and Refund | |||
I was not allotted the seat which I booked (AC recling seat) and was given an ordinary (non-reclining)seat.Despite telling all the BUS staff and make my trip staff (Mob-[protected]), their behaviour was VERY BAD especially the person with mob no.mentioned and they did nothing! They charged me with a higher fare and allotted a NON-RECLINING seat. The behaviour of the bus staff was also very rude and intolerable. I had severe problem in my back and told the staff but nobody did anything! Anybody was made to sit on any seat. Many passengers suffered the same thing which I suffered. The bus no. was UP83.T.3861-KALPANA Tour & Travels. Date of Journey 18/08/14 from LKO to Delhi. Since I was given a NON-RECLING SEAT instead of AC reclining seat and I paid Rs1300/- for it, so I WANT A REFUND OF Rs300/- My MAKE My Trip Booking ID-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
