[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — MakeMyTrip booked Refundable ticket as Non-Refundable | |||
I have booked the ticket from new delhi to goa for 3rd Dec 2014. The ticket was booked non-refundable but the information was not provided at the time of booking by MakeMyTrip. Please find below the details: MakeMyTrip Booking ID - NF[protected] Indigo (Flight number - 6E-399) Date: 3-Dec-2014. I want to cancel the ticket. So I talked to Indigo Airlines and according to them the ticket is refundable but MakeMyTrip have booked it as non-refundable. Indigo is agree to return me the amount Rs. 7846 but MakeMyTrip is not refunding anything except taxes. I have talked to customer care 3-4 times but I didn't get any response from your end. The customer care guy told me to get the call within 4 days but I didn't get any call from MakeMyTrip even after 7 days. Also on 10-Nov-2014, I had escalated 3 complaints on the same but they are not getting showing up today in my MakeMyTrip now which were visible since yesterday.
