[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — No Refund Even after 42 days of cancellation | |||
Sir, I name is Anshul Gupta & I made Hotel booking on 15.01.2015 through Makemytrip.com. The booking ID generated was IN1501B7S076861. On that very date itself, I requested to cancel my booking and also got the verbal confirmation that my booking got cancelled. On that date MMT executive told me that refund will be made within next 4-5 working days. I am pursuing from that very date and till date I have recd. nothing from MMT except the assurance that we are still working on that and your refund will made in some time. On phone also they always made a commitment that refund will be credited within next 24 hrs but till date that moment has yet not came. Its being really very very disgusting that these companies are harassing customers like this. If required I can share whole chain of mails that I had sent to makemytrip till date. Internet Mafia is growing they are gaining on lots of money.
Seriously the govt has to put an Internet police department for these type of complaints.
