[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — NON REFUND AGAINST THE BookingID NF[protected] | |||
TICKET WAS BOOKED on 9th April. After a week i got a message that ticket got cancelled with out my knowledge. Subsequently when i was expecting the refund i got the refund of Rs. 102/- against my payment of Rs.6548/-. I was harassed, since Makemytrip has cancelled my ticket without even my knowledge and then i had to make an alternate arrangement for my travel with higher cost. Finally on refund they have swallowed the complete my by refunding only Rs.102/- May please look into the details and i would request a written explanation on this harassment.
