[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Payback Points redemption issue | |||
Email ID : [protected]@GMAIL.COM I was making a payment of Rs.4460 through my Payback points(Rs.1952) and rest Rs.2508 through my credit card. The payback payment was succesfull and then the card payment got declined by your useless servers. Because of this reason now I have to wait for 7 days to get those points back and its only after it that I will be able to use them. Within 7 days the prices of the flight will definitely increase. Now tell me whose fault is it. Will Make My Trip pay for the extra amount that I will have to bear to make the payment on a later date. Reply ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
