This is in regard refund status of my transaction. I booked 2 indigo Flight tickets on 9th of July'15 but the booking failed and the transaction was successful. They actually grabbed my Rs.18580/- . They promised me on 9th of July that the amount will be refunded within 2 working days. Buf nothing happened like this. Its been 2 months now since I am requesting them to refund my amount. They're making stupid excuses that my bank is not accepting the refund amount to my bank account. I even asked my bank about this but my bank also declined and said they've never received any amount or any request from makemytrip company. Horrible experience being a customer to them.
