[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — Refund not processed since 20 days

I was making a Ticket when my transaction failed on 20th April. I got a reference no NF[protected]. I called up make my trip and they said its a technical fault and I will get my money in 7 working days. Rs 8781/- was deducted from my bank. The same was not resolved. They asked my bank statement which I provided and again a confoirmation from bank that the money was paid to makemytrip was also provided. They confirmed me several dates for refunds but all in vain.
