[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refund not received after 28 days | |||||
Hello, My booking id is IN1510Q5S264821. I cancelled this ticket on 25th October 2015. Till today I have not received refund. I have called your customer support almost 10 times. Every time they say my issue will be resolved in 5 working days. How can you keep customer's amount with your self. I talked to airline they said they refunded amount on 25th Oct 2015 to makemytrip.
