[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip.com — Refund of cancelled booking

On 18th April 2015 I tried to make flight booking through makemytrip application from mobile. While booking the booking got failed but amount got deducted.as I immediately contacted makemytrip customer service department they told me to wait for 15 working days for the refund of cancelled booking. From then onwards I've called them more than 30 times. I'm having almost all recordings of our conversation. Every time they ask time period of 7 days. This is happening from past 2½ months. As I'm an IAS aspirant I know the value of time. But they are just wasting my time unnecessarily and putting pressure on mind.I've got reference number and even i enquired with bank. Amount has not credited.I've sent my bank statement also. I didn't got any proper reply.
