[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refund on air ticket | |||
I had cancelled my tickets from Chandigarh to Srinagar (Indigo Airlines) on makemytip site on September 16, 2014. I was promised a refund within 7 working days (attaching the mail for reference). However, despite repeated calls and emails to makemytrip, I have not got my refund till now. Every time I call up the call center, they make up new excuses. My emails to MakeMyTrip are going unanswered. Request you to please look into the matter urgently and get my refund at the earliest. Thanking you in advance.
