[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — refund stolen by company | |
I had booked two flights through Make My Trip and then cancelled both of them. I only have received 32, 000 INR instead of the 75, 000INR due me. MMT has not responded to my endless requests for the money due to me.
These flights were cancelled a month in advance and I was told that I would receive full refund, yet there has been not satisfactory response. The only company line is that they are investigating the problem. I consider the actions of this company to represent fraud with criminal intent. Under no circumstances should anyone use this company for any travel booking.BEWARE!
