[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Stay away from this one | |
I was booking holiday package for 4th July 2014 online but when they confirm my booking it shown departure date is 8th of June 2014 after 10 minutes of my online booking, right after i have send email to For any query regarding this package, please email us at [protected]@makemytrip.com but bounced back to my email. again i send email [protected]@makemytrip.co that also bounce back, I have filed online complaint but no response lastly tried calling their customer care they keep disconnecting and i have made 30 calls but non of agent talked to me all they just hang up. I have already paid I need to file a charge back if I don't get my complaint resolved by tomorrow. Was this information helpful? | |
