Had to change dates on two flight sectors, had the worst imaginable experience with the custom are care staff. Spoke to 9 different people who kept transferring me to someone else. Tried to change dates online, payments did not get processed 5 times. Ending up canceling tickets out of frustration and booking directly with the airline. Total loss of nearly Rs. 15, 000. Why should I have to lose money because of your incompetence, better shut shop and do something else because you just lost a pretty loyal customer.
