TICKET BOOKING ID[protected] I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCELL RETURN JOURNEY THROUGH ONLINE SINCE 10/03/15 BUT FAILED. THERE IS NO LINK AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLATION. TRIED TO CONTACT OVER PHONE BUT NO RESPONSE AGAIN FROM THE COMPANY.

In reference to your complaint, please note that for International booking partial cancellation option is not available. And, as per the airline fare rule on your ticket no refund is permitted on partial cancellations.
