Makeo — Poor Service, No Response, No Refund, False Promises

I took Laser Hair Treatment from MakeO - Skinnsi, and on the third session, I suffered a lot of infection, which led to the consulting of a skin doctor. After the escalation to Skinnsi, talking to two of their doctors and identified the cause as wand + gel used, as well as shared all the documents and photos they needed despite the embarrassment of sharing photos of intimate parts with them and followed up multiple times via call and email, to no avail.
1. Their customer care number does not work/ connect
2. By chance, if I call an alternate number which was in the call log due to a doctor's call, it connects, and the assigned agent refuses to come to the call/ or doesn't respond
the name of the agent is Karangiri.
3. I have asked for a refund of the amount I paid and nothing else in damages, and yet, there is no response and acknowledgement on the email
4. They are also refusing to share the invoice with me, which should ideally be on their app and is not to be found
5. They have put my age wrong, which I never confirmed
This complaint back and forth has been going on for over 3 weeks, and I am genuinely frustrated and stressed over having to relive this and being unable to close the matter as soon as possible. The overall matter has been going on since long before then, since September 2022.
MakeO Skinnsi is absconding from responding and refunding the money, which I was told will be done smoothly if I ever wanted to take a refund and was unhappy with the treatment.
I am sharing the screenshot of the payment ID and the email screenshot of the lack of response given by the MakeO-Skinnsi Team.

In addition,
1. hair has appeared where it wasn't earlier
2. There are visible boils, etc, which erupt with no help from the technician/ doctor as to how to get them to subside immediately post-laser
3. Promises of callbacks have gone unfulfilled, and my concerns seem to have been disregarded
4. I am being forced to take the next session with the promise that this will not happen again
I am currently asking for the amount I originally paid and the damages.
