Makruzz Pvt Ltd (mak Logistics) — Tickets cancelled in April 2021 but money not refunded yet

I had made 3 bookings (for 2 people each) via Makruzz (private ferry company in Port Blair), with the following booking IDs : "FEHRPA, QFYOEN & EBYPAN" These were for port blair to havelock (9th May), havelock to neil island (11th May) and neil island to port blair (13th May) respectively. Due to the dangerous COVID19 situation in India, I decided to cancel these bookings and made request for cancellation on 20th April, 2021. Makruzz responded by saying that barring Rs 118 per ticket per person, the entire amount will be refunded. This makes the refund total Rs 10920. I waited for refund and reminded them several times over mail, but every time they kept giving false assurances. Some days later, they even stopped responding to my mails. My Rs 10920 refund is still not processed (5 months have passed now) since I cancelled my booking. They are not responding over call, whatsapp or mail.
