Dear Sir/Mam
There is no sense of your ludhiana store Sales Executive Mr Manoj as I am your old customer and now again i want to start my Monthly kitty with you of Rs.20000/- per month and i called Mr. manoj from last 2 days and yesterday i called him 6-7 times but he even didn’t pick the call and today again i called him 2 times and he picked my call after ignoring 2 calls and after picking call his behavior is very bad and he asked me I am not picking the calls as i am personal works and i didn’t pick call on my holiday as yesterday he is on holiday and now today i opened my kitty of Rs.20000/- in Kalyan Jewellers due to bad services and that type of behaviour of your company employees.
For your kind information they are in service industry and if behaviour of your employees is like this your stores are closed very soon so look into the matter on priority and trained your team members otherwise these type of employees surely loss your company.
