My wife has purchased some Gold jewellery from Malabar Gold Store on 18th June from Noida sector 18 branch and I was being promoted by executive that. i can return the product if does like within 7 days policy. But when she asked to return 1 of the Item from her purchased jwellery they denied their policy completely and even denied for exchange the product as well It seems to be very much frustrating experience.
I sen email complaint on their e-mail id ([protected]@malabargroup.com) care.[protected]@malabargoldanddiamonds.com but no resolution yet. Madhu kaushik
