[Resolved]  Malik Cars Service (Tata Motors) — PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had purchased a Tata Nano Twist, they had delivered it around 7pm. The next day when I had checked the interior of the car I was shocked to see the dashboards were full of grease and oil stains which turned into jet black colour. i had called MALIK cars Himayathnagar from where I had taken the car. They asked me to visit the place to get it cleaned up. After the car was given for cleaning, even after the cleaning the dashboards were still in same condition. When checked with service advisor KISHORE he was rude and said it was your duty to check the car before delivery and you had came at the wrong time. Then they had rubbed polish and said it will be fine by next day. The next day i was shocked to see the dashboard full of scratches and it had become white in colour that was more worst than earlier. When called to the sales person MANI KUMAR he was so arrogant and said on the call WE DELIEVERED THE CAR THATS IT and had disconnected the CALL from his end. I have all the call recordings and pictures regarding the same. Please do the needful regarding this.
