She shared a PROMOTIONAL OFFER this evening wherein the customer gets a free gift (Voltas AC/ Sony LED TV/ Dell laptop/ Apple iPhone 12/ LG Refrigerator) on paying Rs. 5, 000/- to avail of these and I made the payment via the Phonepe UPI. Subsequently, the Mamaearth team has started calling up repeatedly demanding another Rs. 12, 000/- towards the GST component against this order on behalf of the State Government. We were forced to pay the other amount as they said that they won't refund if we ask for an earlier Rs5000 and we had paid Rs 12, 000 also. Later on, they became unresponsive after paying the whole amount. Further, we have asked for a REFUND of the payment made by us. In doing so, the Mamaearth team started using foul language and bad words and told me to do whatever I can but they won't refund the amount at any cost.
