Mamaearth — my contact number is on dnd but mamaearth keep sending me promotional sms

Hello there

My contact number is on dnd activated but i still receiving promotional sms and email from mamaearth even telling them 100 times not to call or sms me but they always take 4-5 days then stops sending sms me for 3-4 days then again they sending sms
