Manappuram Finance — Hidden int rates are charged to consumer

Dear Sir/madam

Please note that I have pelage some gold in manappura at the rate of 12% pa

the int rates are 1-30 days 12 %.31-60 days 18 %. 61 to 90 days 22%. & 91- 180 days 26%
I have been paying int regularly & even if I crossed the 30 days I have paid the int at the rate of 18%. as per them we ha renew the slip every six months to keep the same int rate. But I have crossed 25 days more after 180 days.
even though my int rates were up to date when went renew my slip they charged 29 % int rate which is three time more then my regular int.it means im falling to 180 days int charge. I have asked them what is the difference between
a person paying regularly they say its same if I pay regularly same int charge if person don't pay 6 months int for them also same 26 % +3%. I have been charged same without any nonfiction they doing this all consumer which most of them are poor people they don't have any idea how they do their calculation blindly they pay int.

Please kindly take up this issue with very strongly & d the needful
