Mandovi Motors Mysore — Engine problem

I have a maruti dzire 2012 model and has run 68000 kms, since 18 months i was complaining about a light blinking on the steering dashboard. Service advisor told it is a minor problem, and to ignore it. Even during several services i kept on telling about the issue and pick up problem.
Finally last weekend when i was on a family vocation to goa the car had issue with moving and was not moving ahead. I had given the car for service in shimoga. The service advisor told that the turbo charger is gone and needs to be replaced. It cost was 18250.

This issue could have been prevented if the service advisor had checked the issue and told me much earlier and could have replaced in warranty period. I even called them and they said they will check the job card but still i have not recieved any call from them.

Kindly suggest what to do..
