[Resolved]  Mango Mobile Tv — Amount deducted from bank but Electricity bill is not successful

I have initiated payment for Assam electricity bill amount of Rs. 1045.15 dt 18.08.20 but the payment is not successful. The amount not refunded my account till now. Please help.
