I am Adv.Girish Rajurkar travelling with Adv.Yogesh Bavikar on-30/12/×020 from Rajkot to Pune bus no.-GJ 03 -BW-3224, from Mumbai towards Pune in early morning the driver and cleaner were stopping the bus for more than 30 minutes it is very bad service to the customers ask the Driver to stop for toilet suddenly the cleaner shouted on the passenger and told to go to toilet in New Mumbai on crowded area .I ask him why from nigh your are delaying the Bus he shouted and with flinty languages started quarrelling with me.
Take legal action against the driver and cleaner.
