Manish Yadav — Refusal to provide memo for returning a cheque unpaid.

Dear Sirs, I had presented a cheque issued by a savings bank account holder (Account No. 5348) having a salary account at the Hamidiya Road branch, Bhopal, on 16/11/2015. However the bank officials present there refused to accept the same on the ground of mismatch of signature. When I requested them to contact the issuer of the cheque on her contact number that is registered with the Bank, the same was turned down on the ground that the branch does not have the contact number of the customer registed with t When I requested the concerned officer to provide me the memo confirming the same, it was also turned down by the officer. In addition to the above the same officer also refused to provide me the contact details of the branch and of the branch manager. Kindly look into the matter and register my complaint against the erring officer, as the withdrawal of the cheque was very urgent but the officer did not provide me any assistance.
