Yesterday I booked the easy cab, details are as follows:
Booking id: A[protected]
Dated: 21-Aug-2015
Origin: T3 terminal, Airport, Delhi
Destination: Adarsh Nagar
After completing the journey, I paid INR 750 to the chauffer but he did not provided me the bill & informed that easy cab does not give any manual bill, rather customer will get the bill on their email after completing the journey.
I called up the customer care on 21-Aug (7 PM)& informed them that I have not received the bill (manual & email both) for the journey, they said we have updated the email ID in your account & now you will get the bill in 24 hours.
I waited for 24 hours & after that I again called up ( on dated- 22 Aug @ 7.45PM), & talked to ur executive Mr. shubham & Mr. Karan & requested to share the bill for the journey I have already completed on 21-Aug-2015. Again they informed that email ID is not updated in your account, we have just updated it & now you will get the bill in next 24 hours & disconnected the phone (without any further information).
Now I really don't understand, earlier I used the get the bill on my email, but suddenly who removed/ modified my email ID from your accounts. I am not customer does not have access to their account & they cannot make any changes
That means easy cab team has only removed my email ID from my account. & now they are not adding it again (reasons unknown).
I would request the consumer complaint team to take this matter with Easy cab & get it resolved on priority
